Fight Cancer Foundation engaged Right Lane to help build alignment among Board members on the organisation’s strategic direction. Right Lane helped FCF to articulate the organisation’s unique value proposition and prioritise organisational sustainability in their strategy, and to outline goals and initiatives that would contribute to the strategy.

No To Violence engaged Right Lane to review and refresh their strategy for the upcoming four-year strategic planning period. This included updating the organisation’s purpose and vision statements, and defining high-level strategic goals to support the strategy.

Right Lane worked with the City of Yarra’s Family Youth and Children’s Services branch after an internal realignment to connect the roles of team members to their purpose.

Right Lane worked closely with LUCRF Super to develop its three-year strategy and business plan and to align the organisation to successfully deliver the strategy.

Right Lane worked with the VICSES board and executive team to develop the organisation’s 2018-2022 Strategic Plan, including establishing the strategic direction and high-level priorities, and also recently supported VICSES by designing and administering a workplace gender equality audit.
