Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney engaged Right Lane to develop an ambitious 5-year strategic plan that aims to maximise its impact in the community and build capacity to assist more help seekers.

Right Lane is currently working with Gannawarra Shire Council to deliver their council planning process and develop a 4-year council plan that reflects the community’s interests and outlines a compelling vision for the shire.

Right Lane worked with Moira Shire Council to develop and agree on key elements of the 2021 – 2025 council plan, facilitated a strategic thinking workshop with the newly appointed council and executive team to discuss and agree on the key trends and inputs that will drive the council plan, and is currently working alongside them to develop and deliver their community vision.

Right Lane is currently supporting Moorabool Shire Council to develop a refreshed 10-year community vision statement and a 4-year council plan, and is also working with the management team to support their obligations under the Gender Equality Act.

Right Lane worked with Invest Victoria to develop and mobilise their 2021 corporate plan, and to assist with transferring the corporate plan into a suitable strategy monitoring software to guide implementation of the plan and allow for ongoing evaluation of progress.

Right Lane was engaged by C4NET and DELWP to conduct an independent evaluation of C4NET’s inception and early operations, and to summarise the outcomes of this engagement and analysis in a detailed report that was shared with C4NET and senior stakeholders within DELWP.

Right Lane partnered with FightMND to develop a new investment strategy and to define investment objectives, principles, and priorities, informed by engaging a broad range of stakeholders.

Right Lane worked closely with the Amicus team  to develop their 2021-24 Strategic plan. Our work included deep, inclusive engagement with stakeholder groups (clients, families, staff, executive team and Board) to better understand the role of Amicus into the future.

Right Lane partnered with Bowness Family Foundation to provide research and guidance to inform its investments in the Disability & Communication space. Right Lane conducted targeted research to understand the opportunities for high-impact investment in supporting individuals affected by communication disorders in Australia.
