Gannawarra Shire Council

Right Lane worked with Gannawarra Shire Council to deliver their council planning process and develop a 4-year council plan that reflects the community’s interests and focuses the council team on what matters most.

This included:

• Working alongside new councillors to deeply consider the longer-term opportunities and challenges for the shire, as well as establishing their new council team.
• Collating relevant research and analysis that has been done to date, and synthesise this into a compelling document for the council and leadership team to use as a source of insight.
• Supporting the senior team through a robust ‘best practice’ strategic planning process.
• Drafting a 4-year council plan in line with requirements of the Local Government Act.
