Moira Shire Council

Moira Shire is positioned on the Murray River approximately 3 hours north of Melbourne.

Right Lane worked with Moira Shire Council to develop and agree on key elements of the 2021 – 2025 council plan.

Right Lane facilitated a strategic thinking workshop with the newly appointed council and executive team to discuss and agree on the key trends and inputs that will drive the council plan. This involved the councillors identifying the themes and strategies prioritised during the subsequent council plan period.

The Right Lane team is currently working alongside Moira Shire Council to develop and deliver the community vision using deliberative principles to conduct impactful community engagement as required by the new Local Government Act.

This includes navigating the requirements under the Act and developing fit for purpose engagement processes. We will also work closely alongside the council to undertake the community engagement and develop Moira Shire’s community vision for 2035.
