Invest Victoria

Invest Victoria is the State Government of Victoria’s investment attraction agency, fostering long-term economic prosperity by enabling business opportunities and job creation for Victoria.

Right Lane worked with Invest Victoria to develop and mobilise their 2021 corporate plan. We worked collaboratively with all staff in the organisation in an online setting during Victoria’s COVID restrictions to develop an overarching strategy and detailed work plans outlining individual level accountabilities for each team.

Right Lane assisted with transferring the corporate plan into a suitable strategy monitoring software to guide implementation of the plan and allow for ongoing evaluation of progress.
